Our deepest sympathy to Kevin, Shelly and families. Norma was such a beautiful lady, always sporting the latest fashions, so interested in everyone's life and she was so much fun on all our shopping trips. Her gift shop had so many adorable treasures and on tough work days there was always some great "junk food" to get us through the day! Norma was so very proud of all her family, whom she spoke of often. Hoping sharing all these special memories will help ease the sadness on your loss. Our thoughts are with all of you at this difficult time. Linda & Doug Abrosimoff

Our heartfelt condolences Kevin, Shannon and Family,Shelley, Bob and Family on the passing of your wonderful mom, grandma and great grandma. Norma was very proud of her family. She was definitely a hard worker whether at home doing yard work (our Marshall neighbor) or in the hospital gift shop where she was always on the move (installed lots of TVs) but she would enjoy a brief chat as well. With Norma's skilful guidance, the gift shop was very unique. Our paths crossed many times over the past fifty or so years outside of work at ball games, curling bonspiels and even the fun "$20 Club" where we would enjoy a friendly visit while sipping wine. So many wonderful memories of kind, cheerful, smiling Norma. May your cherished memories give you comfort. Thinking of you with sincere sympathy.

Kevin, Shannon & family, Shelly & family, I feel very sad to hear of Norma’s passing but Rest In Peace Norma. She was such a classy lady & fought her battles with great dignity! It was always a bright spot in my day when we would have a chance meeting & she was never too rushed to not have a short visit! So many years of memories to cherish - from her amazing gift shop that she created at the hospital & to helping our retired farmer parents, who became neighbours, adjust to city life in Lloydminster!

Shelley, the obit is beautiful. Lovely, lovely words. She was obviously a kind and unselfish sole. My visits with her were too few and too short. I definitely saw her spunk - explains yours! I will most definitely do a kind gesture or two or 3 in memory of her. Love you endlessly my friend. I am virtually wrapping my arms around all of you.

I have known Norma casually for years. Always so friendly and always time to have a visit. The Christmas before last we both got stuck in the airport together in Calgary and couldnt get home because of fog. But we spent time together and got to know each other better and had some well spent time while we waited for a plane to take us home, Which didnt happen that night and on boxing day we both finally got our flights to get home to our families. Norma came regularly to the Farmers Market and we always had a nice visit there as well as she always had time to say hello. I will miss her and I wish her family a gentle journey as they grieve her loss. Rest now Norma, you are home.

To the family of Norma
Sincere sympathy. Where do I start? My memories go back many years. We were both girls from North of the Gully. Her Maidstone, and myself Lashburn. Remember stopping at the farm with my parents a couple of times. Over the years our paths crossed in school sports and of course the hockey arena. Into our adult years in Lloydminster whether the hospital, the Country Store, or just in town we would always have our visits. She always had that smile on her face, a great laugh, and twinkle on her eye. Cherish the memories. Prayers for you at this time.
