Obituary of Gary Young

Gary Preston Young passed away at the University of Alberta Hospital, Edmonton, Alberta on Monday, July 27, 2020 at the age of 74 years.

Gary is survived by his loving wife, Marilyn; son, Sean Young (Nancy Leibel) and their children, Raquel (Ryan), Robyn (Patrick) and Jake (Jasmin) and grandchildren; daughter, Carmen Young (Robert Wittmeier) and their sons Nolan and Isaac Wittmeier; his brother, Ric Young (Joan Thibert); numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Gary was predeceased by his parents Harold and Eileen (Preston) Young.

A celebration of Gary’s life will be held at Grace United Church, Lloydminster, AB on Thursday, August 6, 2020 at 2:00 PM.  This service is by invitation only due to COVID-19 restrictions.
