I was so sorry to hear of Ilston's passing upon returning from holidays. He was a really good man and always a gentleman. I enjoyed serving with him on council for two terms. He will be missed.

Doreen, Daryl and Families--
How sorry we were to learn of Ilston's passing. Our memories go back as far as Queen Elizabeth Home and School President, Northend Grocery, Seller's Dairy Freeze & KFC (the Plants were co-owners I believe)...oh for some of that good, real cream, ice cream again, and then, of course, Alderman and Mayor of Lloydminster. A lot of accomplishments in his 91 years!! He will be sorely missed by many. Enjoy your memories.

To Doreen and family, Lucy & I extend our sympathy on the passing of dear Ilston.
Whether in the community, as Mayor, or at Dr Cooke, Ilston was a true statesman who served with integrity and fairness. He always stood for what is right and for the good of Lloydminster. It was a joy to know him.
We praise the Lord that he loved Jesus and will now be in His presence.
