George Saliwonczyk passed away at University of Alberta Hospital, Edmonton, Alberta on Monday, November 7, 2016 at the age of 61 years.
George leaves to mourn his passing: his loving wife Connie; his daughter Janine Weaver; his son Alex (Richelle Ergang); his grandchildren: Francis Weaver, Dacey and Conner Saliwonczyk; his sisters: Marie Keen and Sue (Blair) Schollar; and his brother: Alex (Caron).
George was predeceased by his parents, Aleksander and Luba; brother, Paul and sister, Janina.
The Funeral Service for George will be conducted from McCaw Funeral Chapel, Lloydminster, Alberta on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at 2:00 PM.
The reception will be held at the Lloydminster Legion Hall following the service.
Donations in memory of George may be made to the Charity of Choice.
