My heart goes out to the family, friends and loved ones whom George has left to mourn him. I recall hearing him talk lovingly about his children and grandchildren as they really were his pride and joy. I knew George professionally, and had a great respect for him as he had for students, staff and parents that were honoured with having known him. I know that George has left the world a better place as he treated those he met with kindness. I, and I know many others, will remember George as a respectful, kind, humble and caring person. He will truly be missed. May he rest in paradise.
