Dear Frances' Family: I am sorry to hear about the loss of your dear loved one, Frances. When I was a minister in Neilburg 1973-1979, I was able to get to know Frances and Jim. In fact I officiated at Jim's funeral. I have very fond memories of them and you folks. Frances was a tiny person (I remember she was short) but she had a wonderful heart. She sure loved her family and her hubby Jim. She had a bubbly personality and loved to laugh. May God bless you as you grieve, mourn and celebrate her life. Sincerely Darrell
