Dear Lois & family, I am so sorry to hear of Patti's passing. Thank You, Kim for phoning. We have just gotten back from a little holiday to B.C., & just got the message off the phone from you.You didn't leave a number , so I couldn't phone you back. My dad, Raymond Sloan, was such a good friend of the Smith family when he was a yound man. All of my siblings grew up with respect for this big , wonderful family.. The stories we were told are endless. The Smith family was put in our parents obituaries, as extended family members... I'll always remember how kind Patti was to me at my dad's funeral..The last time I had coffee with Patti, she was the same kind, talkative, friendly lady. I feel quilty that I haven't written to her in a few years. Our whole family send their condolenses
