Bernice is survived by: her loving husband Bert of Lashburn, one daughter: Kathy and her husbsand Daryl Luchynski and their children: Kabrie, Tara, Taylor and Slade; one son Mark Thompson and his wife Christi and their children Jordan and Logan; two sisters: Sheila McKay, Pat and her husband Wally Polinsky as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Bernice was predeceased by: her parents, two brothers Allen and Gerald, two sisters Edna Weismantle and Theresa Coolidge.
Donations in memory of Bernice may be made to the Kidney Foundation or to a Charity of the Donor's Choice.
