Mike will be sadly missed by his wife Olga of Kelowna; three children: Catherine and Dave Czajkowski of Edmonton, Maria and Ron Salt of Calgary, Peter and Shelly Kuzyk of Rivercourse; Mike's first wife Flora Kuzyk; eight grandchildren: Erin and Derek Cowan, Mark Czajkowski, Janet and Joe Digby, Steven Salt and Bree, Terre Kuzyk and Kyle, Curtis Salt and Courtney, Jayme Kuzyk and Doug, Taylor Kuzyk and Brandy; one great grandchild Leah Cowan; one brother Stan and Carol Kuzyk of Ardrossan; one sister-in-law Maria Kuzyk as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Mike was predeceased by his brother Walter Kuzyk; sisters: Olga and Helen, nephew Michael Kuzyk.
Donations in memory of Mike may be made to the Alzheimers Society or to the Parkinsons Society.
