Hazel will be sadly missed by her loving husband Ted; her two sons Shane and Garret; her parents-in-law Joan & Edward Knowlton; four siblings Nelson, Marlene (Hank), Glenn (Charlene), Brenda (Kevin) as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Donations in memory of Hazel may be made to the Riverside Health Complex or a charity of the donor's choice.
