Obituary of Paul Forges

With heavy hearts we announce that Paul Forges passed away at Royal Alexandra Hospital, Edmonton, AB on August 10, 2024, at the age of 58 years.

Paul is survived by: his loving wife, Faye Forges; two daughters, Kiana (Cole Volk) Forges, Bria Forges; his mother, Cheryle Forges; sister, Eileen Forges; and extended family and many friends.

Paul Forges is predeceased by: his father, Ronald Forges.

Paul was always someone who wore his heart on his sleeve. When he was young, he had many struggles to overcome and he moved to many different cities in his life. He was able to empathize with others easily and always had an encouraging word to say to anyone who was willing to listen.

He was a loving family man and was always proud to tell anyone and everyone about his family. He also did everything he could to support his family, whether it was through his advice, his time or his work.  

Paul also loved his friends and the community of Lloydminster. After moving around so much when he was younger, he finally felt like he found his home community and lived here for 20 years.

Paul loved trying new things and he explored several careers in his life including retail, route sales and trucking. He finally found his passion when he merged his love of music with photography and created his own online magazines. He later expanded that passion to include live-streaming and videography. Paul was so happy to live out his dreams that he would encourage everyone he met to keep reaching for their dreams too.

Paul was truly an amazing man who will be missed and loved forever.
