Rosemary, sending you my sincere condolences in the loss of cliff. The years I cut his hair I enjoyed every visit with him, And when I was done his haircut he would get up grab the broom and sweep his hair up. He was the type of guy if he could do something to help you he would do it. I enjoyed the story when he used to tell me when he was young he had a pet skunk named stinky. I thought that was such a cute name and perfect for a skunk. I laughed every time he told me that story he had so many unique stories. He was such a wonderful caring person. he will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Oh Cliff - you were always such a pleasant, friendly fella willing to help this girl in need many times. Whether it was loading my canoe on my car - securing it so it wouldn't fly off - giving tips on fixing things - keeping shoes neat & tidy at the entrance way to your home (of course we had to mess them up) - and laughing and teasing. What fun we had!
I'll always remember the fun filled day you, Rosemarie, Claudette and I had that summer day driving around the NB countryside and eating ice cream. Lots of laughs!! Thanks Cliff for wonderful memories.

So sorry to hear of Clifford's passing. We were in the same grade at Lashburn and rode the same bus. I remember Clifford's as being a quiet, farm knowledgeable fellow. R.I.P Clifford's.

Rosemary & kids & grand-kids,
We are sending our deepest condolences for your loss. Hans & I worked with Cliff at Apex Oilfield Services. Cliff was our ‘shop guy’ who did an assortment of jobs. He was a sweet man who had his ways of doing things. He was very sociable & was always telling stories & sharing his knowledge. Unfortunately the oil patch crashed & lay offs happened….unfortunately,Cliff was a casualty!
I went to visit Cliff at the Jubilee & he was a Mr Rogers in the flesh! He was so darn adorable as he put his sweater on then his slippers as he wanted to take me on a tour off his home. We went on a tour & there were some people outside in the courtyard that couldn’t get in. I tried to help them but couldn’t as you needed a code to open the door… Cliff to the rescue as he found the right person who knew the code. We went back to his room & visited a bit longer. Cliff showed off the pictures on his wall… smiling & talking up a storm. Then he let me know , he was tired so it was time for me to leave. He took off his sweater & neatly placed it on the chair & took his slippers off to get comfortable sitting on his bed… . I gave him a hug & headed out. I left with a smile on my face.
Cliff had a nice view of the courtyard from his window… trees right there & lots of birds. He was not happy the birds making noises but I smiled knowing Cliff was in a place where he felt safe & comfortable. I was very glad that I went to see him that day!
I have no doubt Cliff is in a good place now…he has earned his wings. You have all gained a guardian Angel.
May your memories give you peace & comfort… god bless
Hans Ost & Dawnella Goodine
