Obituary of Gordon Kobsar

Gordon "Gord" William Kobsar passed away at Riverside Health Complex, Turtleford, SK on February 12, 2024 at the age of 66 years.

Gord is survived by: his loving wife of 45 years, Lorraine Kobsar; three sons, Oren, Tyrel and Cole (Laya Roberts); grandson, Wyatt;  two sisters, Kelly (Glen) Beeching and Elaine Behm; and numerous extended family and friends.

Gord is predeceased by: his parents, George Kobsar and Phyllis Kobsar (Ringland); three brothers, Cal, Brian and Larry; and his three nephews, Rob Behm, Darren Behm and Lori Kobsar.

At this time, no service will be held. The Kobsar Family invites all family and friends to come visit us at the lake and share memories of Gord anytime. Our home is always open. 

The family would like to extend our utmost gratitude to the staff at Riverside Health, the Royal University Hospital, the Lloyd Hospital, our rural home care aids and RNs, SaskAbilities, the McCaw family, anyone who supported us through this past year, and everyone who supported the GoFundMe page.
