So very sad to hear of Anne's death. I was lucky enough to spend three years at St. Boniface hospital with her and our many friends of the class .of 1961A. My Nana and ,my mother loved her as another child. We moved farther and farther away, Our last visit when she came to see me in Las Vegas., but it was really to see Celine Dion! Dear David and Family you had a mother that bragged about you and your children every time we talked. We always said "bye girlfriend" at the end of our calls. I am really going to miss my" Apple Annie", My sincere condolences to all of her friends and family,

So sad to read of Anne’s passing.She was my very best friend when we were student nurses at St.Boniface Hospital in Manitoba.
She was also my bridesmaid. Deepest condolences to her family…you were so blessed to have her for your Mom and Gramma

I was so sorry to hear of Anne's passing. Anne was a dear friend for over 50 years ad also one of my Beta Sigma Phi Sisters. She was a very caring and compassionate person. Over the years we have always kept in touch. She will be missed dearly.

Thinking of all of you at this sad time. Anne was a very special part of our family. She was a very good friend to our Mom (Bev) and to us our "surrogate Mom". We have several special memories growing up on Centennial Drive, visits at the lake and her hospitable hosting of our family during Mom's funeral.
For Doug & myself, we thoroughly enjoyed having her visit us in the Cayman Islands. We will always remember playing bowling on the Wii games (which she always won), putting puzzles together (which she always organized the pieces) and organizing my fridge cleaning all the vegetables and storing them properly (as I didn't quite do it right :).
We are glad we had the opportunity to visit last year. It was great to catch up as we are still a distance away.
