My deepest Condolences to Rodney’s family and friends. I grew up with him and moved away when I was 20. He was always nice to me and I actually remember his laugh as he always seemed to be in a happy mood. RIP. Rodney.

I was so saddened to hear of Rodney’s passing. When I think of him, I’ll always remember his exuberant personality, his stubbornness, his drive and the pride he had for his boys. He made those around him better because he expected so much of himself, but even so was always willing to lend a hand to others. His involvement in so many aspects of the community over the years touched so many lives, and he will be greatly missed. His legacy will live on not only through what he gave to his community, but most importantly through his children and grandchildren. May you all find some comfort knowing that he is with each of you, living on in your hearts and the laughter of his grandchildren. Rest in peace my friend, until we meet again.

I had the pleasure of working for Rod for 8 years. Our relationship grew from co-workers to great friends. Rod has molded me into the lineman I am today and more importantly he was always there for me outside of work. My three kids always enjoyed hanging out with him and always talk about being at the chuckwagons with him. He will be greatly missed. Rest easy Rod and not a day will go by that I will not be thinking of you.

I remember when Rodney and I were young and he had broken his leg was in a cast . I use to go every day after school and help him get things .
Also I remember when we're young and at grandma Louis farm . Rodney and I were on the dirt bike going for a ride and when we came back to the yard we wiped out in the mud puddle in front of uncle Horner and uncle robs workshop . We were covered in mud . Grandma gave us heck , told us to go in the house get cleaned up and changed for supper.
Sure going to miss you cuz

I had the pleasure and opportunity to work along side Rodney for a few years in Lloydminster, along with going through our apprentice years together. Rodney was very adventurous, funny, outgoing, charismatic and a passionate person. I will cherish numerous fond memories of our times together throughout the years. My deepest sympathy and condolences to the family.

My condolences to Rod’s family. He was a great friend to my husband Vic while he worked with ATCO. Sheila said Ron would have a cold one waiting. I’m sure Vic will be there for that cold one too.

Condolences to the family, Rod will be missed at Atco and the hockey community. Great Lineman and friend just recently he had driven to dewberry to buy me a beer and congratulate the birth of my second child. I owe Rod a lot of thanks over the years for getting me started in the line trade with Atco and also the mentoring me through my apprenticeship. Rest easy Pal
