The last time I saw Colton, it was a beautiful day and he was driving his work truck with the window down. His arm was hanging on the door, big long cigarette in his mouth, and of course his blue mirrored sunglasses. He gave me the biggest smile and it was so beautiful. He looked so happy. This is how I will always remember Colton.

The first time I met Colton I was at my first party in lashburn and didn’t know anyone. I left the yard to get some fresh air and noticed a kid sitting in a little Ford Ranger. I didn’t even think I just knew I wanted to talk to someone so I hopped in and introduced myself and he said “hey I’m newsh” after that night we became such close friends. Every weekend and at least twice a week he would pick me up in lloyd and we would hang out with our friends, adventure abandoned buildings. He even taught me how to drive standard ! (Well he did the gears I did the clutch lol) there’s something about that childhood bond that seems to never fade.
Colton was such a gentle soul. His eyes were so kind and I don’t think I ever seen him angry even when things were going wrong. You always kept a positive mindset and I loved that about you. We all miss you. Thank you for changing my life for the better.

You & I Had Crossed Paths This Year When You Accepted Me Into Your Life By Giving Me A Place To Live. To Allow A Total Stranger To Move In & Stay With You Takes A Big Heart To Tell Them Yes. You Made Me Feel Welcome & Happy To Join You To Be A Part Of Your Life. When I Walked In You Were Here Waiting For Me To Arrive & It Was Only An Instant Before We Saw Friendship. The time you somehow convinced your mom to let me take you to see Manson and you were about 14 years old.
All face painted up (Chaise was also painted up before we left too, how adorable!) , we pushed through to the front to watch the Butcher Babies on stage as a mosh pit unfolded. At first, I thought your mom would be so upset if I let you in the mosh pit. It only took about 5 seconds to realize that you were the force to be reckoned with in the middle of it all! We had a blast at that show and it is one of my fondest memories. I appreciate all of the reminders for concerts coming in and I wish we could have been to more. Colton, you grew up to be such a sweet, soft spoken young man. I’ll love you and miss you forever. - Uncle Chris.

Colton, u were my only brother I had and I love u so much I have no words to say other then I love u, u were the best big brother to me I looked up to u lots and loved hanging out with u and making the memories we did.
