Obituary of Ellsworth Houcher
John Ellsworth Houcher passed away at Provost Health Centre Long Term Care, Provost, Alberta on August 31, 2023 at the age of 87 years.
Ellsworth is survived by: his daughters, Phyllis (James Applegate), Helen (Daryl) King, Sheila Houcher; son, Russell (Darcy) Houcher; seven grandchildren, Tina (Kelly) Lecomte, Danyel King, Sharon (Bernard) Pinard, Jetlan (Becca) Houcher, Colten Houcher, Kalyn Houcher, Liam Houcher; five great grandchildren, Seth Lecomte, Zayden Lecomte, Isaac King, Isabelle King, Evelyn Pinard; one great great grandchild, Elena Lecomte; sister, Mary Sanche; and brother, David Houcher.
Ellsworth is predeceased by: wife, Mary (nee McNall) Houcher; parents, Mabel (nee Reece) and John Houcher; grandson, Johnathon King; sister, Rose (nee Houcher) & Phil Griffin-Warwick; brother, Robert (Carol) Houcher; and brother-in-law, Omer Sanche.
The Memorial Service for John will be conducted from Paradise Valley Community Hall, Paradise Valley, Alberta on Friday, September 15, 2023 at 3:00 PM.
Donations in memory of John may be made to donor's charity of choice to any local Paradise Valley Charity.
