I have the fondest memories of the times l was fortunate enough to meet Lois. Her twinkly eyes, infectious laugh, her quick wit and humour and her love for her family are what comes to mind when I hear her name mentioned.
She played the piano for me when I visited her in Canada, and I was amazed at her natural talent! I also remember the huge, heartfelt hugs she and Gerald gave me as we said farewell on the last day of their visit in England a few years later... those were proper bear hugs, full of love!
What an absolutely wonderful lady, one of a kind and very special. Sending all my love xxx

What a wonderful lady Mrs. Pike was. Her and Mr. Pike bowled with my parents. I have many fond childood memories of these two wonderful people. Such an horrendous blessing to this world.

An enormously talented pianist herself, she graciously refrained from any criticism. Her radiant smile welcomed us; she remained a gracious hostess.

My wife Sue and I had the good fortune to first meet Lois, Gerald and all the family in 1996 when we flew from England to Saskatchewan. We loved her company from the start, getting to know her and strengthening our family ties. She was the kindest most thoughtful and entertaining lady. Her return visit to us in May 2006 was wonderful as we could show her where her grandmother, May Lucas, was born. Our son Tim and his wife Helen had the pleasure of meeting Lois and family during that visit.
Lois was an accomplished musician, cook and excellent hostess with a great sense of humour and so very proud of all her family. We will miss her so much but her lovely memory will endure. May she rest in eternal light and blessed peace.
