Dear Thiessen families,
So sorry to hear of Verley’s passing! She was such a friendly lady. I remember running into her at Second Cup with her friends and Laurie and also at Kelly and Christine’s. Grant remembers her being his Grade 1 teacher. We still have his Grade 1 report card! Cherish the wonderful memories you will have of her!

Deepest sympathy on the passing of your Mom and Grandma. I have many great memories of my special grade 1 and grade 2 teacher, Verley. Visiting with her when we met over the years was always a pleasure and I know my parents, Arnold and Mary, enjoyed their friendship with Gordon and Verley. Verley, was such a lovely person. I met her and Gordon when they had their seasonal spot at
Pine Cove. I enjoyed chatting with her , having coffee and talking about crafts. Her smile and laugh are something I will never forget.
