As Jeff's housing worker I had the privilege of knowing him for the last year. He was a bright light, always caring for others. He will be greatly missed by us at Boyle Street.

Jeff was always fun too work with I remember meeting him when I was 12-13 doing dishes during a Christmas banquet we got a asses handed to us. Jeff was so dam fast was good at everything it seemed like. My mom ask me if I wanted to work weekends again I said with who she's like with Bartley:,(. I was always so excited to work with cool Bartley such good heart and would never let me get in to trouble looked out for us younger guys .. rest in peace my friend
