Obituary of Bernard Behnke

Bernard Anthony Behnke passed away at Islay Assisted Living, Islay, Alberta, May 10, 2022 at the age of 101 years.

Bernard is survived by: two brothers, Eddie and George Behnke; three sisters, Mary Mclaughin, Margaret Behnke and Theresa (Lorne) Venance; sister-in-law, Mary Behnke; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Bernard is predeceased by: his parents, Albert and Margaret Behnke; brothers, Peter and William Behnke; brother-in-law, Pat Mclaughin; and sister-in-law, Pauline Behnke.

The Mass of Christian Burial for Bernard will be conducted from St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church, Lloydminster, Alberta on Friday, May 13, 2022 at 2:00 PM.

Donations in memory of Bernard may be made to Islay Hospital Auxiliary or donor's charity of choice.
