Randy is survived by his mother Mary Shoaf of Lashburn; one daughter Monica and Jeremy Pelley of Lashburn; one grandson Zach Pelley; five sisters Merle (Bob) Metzler, Laura (Robin), Robin Reese; Geri (Bill), Dawn (Vince); and one brother Lynn Shoaf.
