I was so sad when I heard about Joe's passing. I remember when I first met Joe, he had come up from GR to Snow Lake to help us out with forest fires. He had a sparkle in his eyes and a grin from ear to ear. He always made me laugh and it was plain to see that he loved his job. We were all very lucky to have had the opportunity to met such a special person.

I know that everyone who ever met him will pause to say a prayer for him, and for you, his family. God Bless you!

Ken, Linda, and Jenny. Our fondest memories of Joe were playing minor hockey the year the rink burned. Having the boys from Kitscoty play with the boys from Lloyd was a great learning experience and Joe was a great team player. Linda, I can't believe the time has flown since we met in Mark's Workware house and you were still in a sort of shock with Joe's diagnosis. The loss of a child is the worst experience for any parent to go through. And Jenny losing her only brother is heartwrenching. All our family sends you our deepest sympathy and will remember Joe in our thoughts a prayers.

The last time we spoke with Joe, he talked about that evening and shared a laugh. We didn't get to know him really well, but any time we spent with him he was always friendly, kind, positive and had a smile on his face. We will always remember that.
