Obituary of Eivind Eggen

Eivind Olav Eggen passed away at Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan, July 25, 2021 at the age of 98 years.

Eivind is survived by: his loving wife, Doreen (nee Cameron); his four children, Alan (Linda), Eivind (Joyce), Catherine (Martin) and Connie (Tim); 14 grandchildren,; 21 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Eivind is predeceased by: his son, Roy; parents, Even and Magna Eggen; sisters, Rachel (Art) McLean, Berit (Cecil) Reece and Agnes McKay.

A Private Family Graveside Service was conducted at Zion Lutheran Cemetery (Dinah District).

The Celebration of Life for Eivind will be held at the McLaughlin Hall, McLaughlin, Alberta on Saturday, August 13, 2022 from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Please join for lunch and reminiscing. 

Donations, in Lieu of flowers, in memory of Eivind may be made to Lloydminster Salvation Army Church.
