For several years Bill’s winter home was situated across the street from us in Chandler AZ. We had the opportunity to spend many, many hours with him, forming a friendship that we cherished. His since of humor, life experiences, and generosity to others endeared Bill to us greatly. We visited him in Lloydminster and were treated like family.
