For several years Bill’s winter home was situated across the street from us in Chandler AZ. We had the opportunity to spend many, many hours with him, forming a friendship that we cherished. His since of humor, life experiences, and generosity to others endeared Bill to us greatly. We visited him in Lloydminster and were treated like family. Our sincere condolences are sent to the family and friends he leaves behind. David and Kathy Fritsch, Yakima WA, US.
