Dear Kyla and Ryan and all families,
So sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I am sure Bill and Betty are celebrating in heaven. Bill was quite a character. We used to party with them and George and Brenda Mills. So much fun. When we built our first house in Lloyd, he built our feature brick wall with fireplace. Amazing workship! Cherish the memories. It is surreal to lose both parents in such a short period of time.
Sincerely,
Grant and Linda Smith

Our sincere condolences to Bill’s family. Although we had not seen Bill recently, we have great memories growing up in the small community of Blackfoot. The children of the community were like one big family and as years go bye we drifted apart. Bill will be fondly missed by many past and present. May Bill Rest In Peace.

It’s with such great sadness we send our condolences to the Gartner, Campbell and Pollard families. Bill was such a wonderful man who always had smile, a joke and time to just stop and say “hi”.
He will be missed in the community of Blackfoot and the construction industry very much.
He’s having a dance with favourite gal now... Rest In Peace Bill, we miss you and Betty.

Too soon, Bill. Much too soon. My early childhood memories include time spent together, but some of my favorites are of the sounds of the music from you and your family, that gently waffted up the hill in the calm summer evening breezes.
