The words written in tribute to her are absolutely amazing, what honor to have had made that much of a difference in so many lives! I worked with Janet in the hospital, I was very hard of hearing. Some were not so pleasant with me but not Janet. She always treated me with respect, compassionate even. Further...with her patients. Seeing her, helped form my relationships with them as I learned. Thank you Janet .. may u soar high & teach them all how to love, run & sing to your favs! U will be greatly missed but what a beautiful legacy u leave behind!! We didn't know Janet well, but she always was such a friendly and kind presence at Pine Island Lodge. And our Julie enjoyed meeting her at the CSA vegetable delivery days. That was a very fine tribute from her kids- will be singing Rock-a-my-soul all day in the garden in her honour.

Janet. Janet from another planet I'd joke with Ericka. So full of passion, love, kindness, and lust for life. Many years I've spent around Janet and Greg growing up. There was always delicious and wholesome food cooking in the kitchen, music playing in the family room, books, articles and papers scattered on the table to read and educate yourself. Janet bee -bopping around with a huge grin on her face, ever so welcoming and nurturing. I loved every second being around Janet and the Donald's. She's an inspiration, a force to reckon with, and a loving soul. Rest in peace Janet, you will be forever missed, and forever remembered. Thank you for your remarkable presence.
