My condolences to the entire family; especially to my #1 babysitter.
For fans of the Wilkie Outlaws and Edam Vawn Three Stars; Philip's hockey skills and ability to put the puck in the net will never be forgotten.
I was stick boy for the Three Stars one night and my Uncle John was coaching in Edam. I would have been 11 or 12 and that would put Phillip at 19 or 20. Marcel Duhaime will remember this night as my uncle fed him coffee for 1/2 hour before game time. By the time the coffee kicked in and then out, Phillip had scored four goals. He was pure poetry in front of the net.
Godspeed Phillip - your hockey skills have been indelibly etched in my memory forever.
Sincerely
Larry Weber
