I am so sorry for the loss to Lisa’s family far and near. I had the lucky fortune to work with Lisa when she first moved to Lloyd. Though we somewhat lost touch over the years I will always remember her humour and good nature. She was a wonderful woman and I was extremely grateful to know her.

I'm still in disbelief that you are gone. I remember meeting you at my first BOM meeting in Kelowna, and us getting along from the get go with our shared humor and love for memes (especially the cat one). At the Women's Network I'll never forget your Stevie Wonder rendition of Tiny Dancer on the piano, and Vlad tipping you for your grand performance. You were always available for a call to help mentor me in any questions I had for our duties at work. I'll miss your newfie accent, your cheerful laughter, and overall positive energy. I'll always think of you when I see a funny cat meme. Rest easy my friend, colleague and amazing woman. ❤

It's hard for us to understand why you were taken from us so soon. I'm sure God had a purpose for someone as caring and loving as you. Though we can't be there to say our last goodbye, you're in Heaven now with Nan and Pop Reeves and Uncle Gary, watching over from on high. Soon you'll be on your journey home, as I'm sure you'd want to be, at home with those who love you and care for you and you'll never be alone. I will always hold dear to my heart the Newfoundland Screech Ceremony that Lisa preformed at my wedding to make my husband and any one who wished to, to become an honorary Newfoundlander. It is such a beautiful memory that our family will never forget.

So sorry to hear about Lisa’s passing. Condolences to the MacDonald and Reeves families during this time of sadness. My memory of Lisa is a happy young student amongst her many friends. She displayed an adventurous attitude in everything she attempted. From viewing all her pictures, she carried this beautiful personality into her adult life.
