Sad to see that you have lost your mother. In the mid 70s your parents were our next door neighbours. Such a wonderful couple. I have often thought of them and have fond memories of our friendship. My sympathy to you and your family.

Sondra and Family! My deepest condolences on your Mother’s passing. I remember when Dad worked with Neil at Husky for so many years. I remember seeing your a Mom and Dad glide on the ice holding hands as they skated wearing their Dutch skates with the extra long blades. Those are just a couple of memories among the many people will remember of Nan and Neil. Take care and God Bless! Janette (Jack and Della Weavers daughter)

So sorry to hear about your Mom. She certainly had a long and good life. Always enjoyed my visits with her when I sold Avon. I made her the last on my route, just so we could visit. Your Dad and mine had sang together in the Barber Shop Quartet, so we could talk about those days as well. Hugs and prayers at this time

So sorry to hear of Nan's passing. Mom was a long time resident of the Dr. Cook home when Nan worked there. They became friends and mom frequently mentioned what a lovely lady Nan was. She gave our mother such good care and our family has been forever grateful. Our condolences to Sondra and family. Rest in peace Nan.

I am sorry to hear of Nans passing, she and Neil were friends of my grandparents. My grandmother was a Dutch war bride, and my grandfather worked with Neil at Husky. My mother was friends with Nan as well, they both enjoyed dancing, and Nan provided translation when the relatives letters from Holland were too difficult for Mom.
May she Rest In Peace
Rose Jacques
