Mrs. Perkins will always be one of my favorite teachers at Blackrock School. All her students will remember fondly her reading the book 'White Fang' to us with such passion and excitement that it instilled a love of reading in me. Condolences to Rod, and Valerie and families. Your mother was one of a kind, friendly, very outgoing and humorous. She will be fondly remembered by many.
