Carol Ann Swanky passed away at the Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Friday, July 31, 2020 at the age of 78 years.
Carol is survived by: her children, Wanda (Mike) O'Brien, Rod (Heather) Swanky and Ed (Melissa) Swanky; sister-in-law, Shirley Hjelmeland; grandchildren, Corey, Coltin, Madison, Maclayne, Caydnce and Donovan; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Carol was predeceased by: her loving husband, Rod Swanky (2012); her parents, Len and Lucy Hjelmeland; her siblings, Stan Hjelmeland, Vern Hjelmeland, Harold Hjelmeland, Bob Hjelmeland and Fran Wills; and sister-in-law, Linda.
At Carol's request no service will be held.
Donations in memory of Carol may be made to the Diabetes Canada or Heart & Stroke Foundation.
