Obituary of Linda Alm

Linda Alm passed peacefully into the hands of her Lord on Monday, February 24, 2020 surrounded by many of her loved ones. Linda was born October 2, 1942 in Val d'Or, Quebec. Her family came to Saskatchewan in 1946. In 1963, she married Al Alm and raised their three children in Lloydminster. Making a person feel valued was Linda's unique gift as friend, auntie, Gramma or Mom. First Lutheran Assembly knew and loved her as she shared her faith with many children in Sunday School, Vacation Bible School and Pioneer Club. Linda was predeceased by her husband, Al, in 2012. Left to mourn are: her children, Terry (Jenafor) Alm, Dean (Tam) Alm, and Jane (Kelvin) Paul; brother, Rick Peters; sister, Ann (Ron) Faulkner. Linda was blessed with ten grandchildren & five great-grandchildren to carry her legacy of love. The Funeral Service for Linda will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, March 6, 2020 at First Lutheran Church, Lloydminster, Alberta. Interment will follow at Lloydminster City Cemetery. All are invited to a time of fellowship in the basement of First Lutheran Church after the burial. Please come and share your love with the family.
