Jason Cooke passed away in Edmonton, Alberta, on Monday, November 25, 2019 at the age of 44 years.
Jason is survived by: his mother, Linda Cooke; his brother, Derek (Charlene) Cooke; his two nieces, Nicole and Chevess; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Jason is predeceased by: his father, John Cooke; and his grandparents, Jim and Eva Cooke and Mike and Vera Folk.
The Celebration of Life for Jason will be conducted from McCaw Funeral Chapel, Lloydminster, Alberta on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at 2:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jason may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
