Even tho it wasn’t a lifetime I cherish the day I first saw Don. I’ll never forget that day! We’re so grateful he came into our lives when he did. Getting to know him was so special to us all. He was such a wonderful and loving man, he’ll be so sadly missed.

Soooo sorry to hear about Don. Shocking news that is very unsettling. We used to come out from Ontario every year to visit the Deaville’s at the farm and always had an awesome time. I remember riding with Don in the tractor and combine while he worked the fields and having great visits with him. Meeting the trainees from different parts of the world, observing the sheep shearing and the poor sheep after Brad finished. Shirley, your hospitality and the meals that you would prepare for so many mouths to feed was amazing. Don loved showing off his displays of models and we still have the ones that he gave as a gift to the kids. Staying in touch is so easy and yet time goes by and unfortunately it takes an event such as this that tells you, you should have done a better job. I wish I would have had another visit with him. God Bless all of you. We will be out for a visit soon.

Don was a willing volunteer to many causes. I had the privilege of working with Don during our PC days. Wonderful person who was every ready to chip in with support. I knew that Don could be relied on to be there, have good advise and usually some other cause in his shirt pocket that was worthy of sharing. That pocket bulged, like his warm heart, filled with his generosity and caring causes.

Don was such a thoughtful and caring friend to both Edmund and me. We had some wonderful visits and great times together with Don and Shirley. Don will be missed by so many friends. Our time at the college reunions and our winter getaway in Yuma will not be the same.
