Obituary of Lewis "Orm" Folkins

Lewis Garfield Folkins, of Pioneer Lodge, Lloydminster, Alberta passed away at the Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Friday, January 4, 2019 at the age of 86 years.

Orm was born in Lower Millstream, New Brunswick to Samuel and Anne Folkins on November 18, 1932.

Orm is survived by: his daughter, Diane (Lynn) of Edmonton, Alberta; and many nieces and nephews.  

Orm is predeceased by: his wife, Flossie; his former spouse, Violet; his parents and siblings.

The Memorial Service for Lewis will be conducted from McCaw Funeral Chapel, Lloydminster, Alberta on Friday, January 11, 2019 at 1:00 pm with Rev. Cathy Dickson officiating. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.  

The family would like to extend gratitude to the 3rd floor doctors and staff of the Lloydminster Hospital and to Pioneer Lodge for making a home for Dad during the last few years.
