Wade Lyndon Thomas Haines passed away suddenly in Atlanta, Georgia on Monday, November 19, 2018 at the age of 45 years.
Wade leaves to mourn his passing: his wife, Barb; his sons, Lee and Jesse; and numerous other extended family.
The Memorial Service for Wade will be conducted from Southridge Community Church, Lloydminster, Alberta on Friday, November 30, 2018 at 1:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Wade may be made to the fund set up for his boys via e-transfer, to: forleeandjesse@gmail.com or to the Stollery Children's Hospital.
