Obituary of Elizabeth Wakefield

Elizabeth “Betty” Wakefield passed at Pioneer House, Lloydminster, Alberta on Sunday, November 11, 2018 at the age of 74 years.

Betty is survived by four children: Mary-Anne (Gil) Guigon of Lacombe, AB, Linda Wakefield and Karen (Robert) Maxwell of Lloydminster and Charles (Myra) Wakefield of Edmonton, AB; her sister, Eileen (Wallace) Watchele of Prince George, BC; her three brothers, Reynold Herman, Nick (Sandra) Herman and Sylvester Herman, all of Kamloops, BC; her eight grandchildren, Dawn Finnell (Jason), Wayne Guigon, Angelica (Luke) Rawick, Matthew (Victoria) Guigon, Jeffrey Wakefield, Douglas (Stacy) Wakefield, David Wakefield, and Blake Wakefield; her five great grandchildren, Jazzmyne and Nevaeh Finnell, Landon Livingstone, Kiarra Rawick and Josiah Guigon; numerous nieces and nephews.

Betty was predeceased by her husband David Wakefield; by her parents, John and Angelica; her three brothers, Johnny, Alex and Aimee and one daughter, Madeline.

The Celebration Service for Betty will be held on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Wild Rose Pavilion, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan. 

Donations in memory of Betty may be made to the donor’s charity of choice.
