Foster: Edith Margaret Foster passed away peacefully in Pine Island Lodge on September 24, 2010 at the age of 93 years.
Edith leaves to mourn her 3 daughters: Sheila (Ralph) Gerbig, Janice (Harold) Wakefield and Maureen (Cal) Ballan and their families; her brother, Gene Presley and numerous other relatives. Edith was predeceased by her husband Silas and her sister Emily Moore.
The funeral service was conducted from the Maidstone United Church on Wednesday, September 29, 2010 with minister Ean Kasper officiating.
Thank you to the pallbearers, her six grandchildren. The families would like to thank everyone for all the cards, flowers, phone calls, e-mails, food, donations and visits.
McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., administered the funeral arrangements.
Donations in memory of Edith may be made to the Pine Island Lodge.
