Obituary of Grace "Irene" Harvard

Grace “Irene” Harvard passed away at the Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Sunday, April 29, 2018 at the age of 90 years.

Irene is survived by: her son, Bryan (Beccy) Harvard and their children, Chad Humphrey, Deidre (Colby) Mann and Madison Harvard; her daughter, Darlene (Robert) Pickford and their children, Cody (Ashley) Bexson and Dusty (Ara-Lynn) Bexson; her great grandchildren, Jax Mann, Sawyer Mann, Darren Bexson, Jayden Bexson, Tamryn Bexson, Dane Bexson and Westin Bexson.

Irene was predeceased by: her husband, Ted Harvard; her brothers, Ken Shattuck, Robert Shattuck and Bud Shattuck; her sisters, Evelyn Vorrath and Helen Hopen.

The Celebration of Life in memory of Irene will be conducted from Kitscoty Community Hall, Kitscoty, Alberta on Friday, May 4, 2018 at 2:00 PM

Donations in memory of Irene may be made to Alzheimer’s Society of Alberta,  Points West and Kitscoty Playground.

The family of Irene Harvard wishes to thank all who were of support during our recent bereavement.

In particular, we wish to thank Ron Noble for leading the service and for his kind words.  We thank Diedre Mann for compiling the power point presentation.  To Colleen Hozack, a thank you for preparing and serving the delicious lunch for after the service.  To those who sent cards and messages of sympathy and for the donations to the chosen charities, thank you.  Lastly, to all those who took the time to attend Irene’s memorial service, thank you.  Your kindness in remembering us will not be forgotten.
