I just recently met Jacob when I had computer issues. I was a bit stressed by it all & he was so helpful. I phoned the store a few times & was always able to speak to him. We chatted & I explained how I knew you both & he talked very lovingly of you Becky as his sister. I was so sorry to hear of his passing. My heart goes out to you. I hope the memories of the special relationship he hsd with each of you will give you strength. My deepest sympathies!!

Jacob was a great man! he was the kindest person I have met in my lifetime. No matter the situation he would always put others before himself, a quality that's becoming rare to see these days. We worked together for more than 5 years and I will cherish every single moment and memory that I have of him. I owe this man everything as I would not be where I am today without him.

Deepest sympathy to the family. He was a kind gentle soul. In his early years at school I have fond memories of his booming voice as he introduced himself at the Christmas concert. We later became acquainted when he fixed my computer. May you're memories help you get through this sadness
