It is with sadness that I found out about the loss of Kyle. He was kind soul. He worried about those that cared for him. In teaching him, I learned his level of resilience, his desire to keep those around him safe and his ability to make others laugh.
He once told me that he had my back. It was a statement I knew was true. He constantly worried about those around him.
I was fortunate to be his teacher. He was a positive leader in my classroom.
