Dear Family Members, Please accept my deepest condolences on the passing of your dear loved one . Losing a loved one can be the most difficult time in a persons life. Are we not truly blessed with the hope our Creator has given us of seeing our loved ones again. His loving comfort from the scriptures brings us much relief and confidence in the blessings of Jehovah's Kingdom. Revelation 21:4 "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” John 5:28,29 "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out" ." I hope these scriptures from God's word have brought you some comfort and you will be able to reflect on this wonderful hope when you think of your loved one.

Sincere sympathy to our cousins and their families on the passing of Uncle Les. When we were little kids living in the East we were proud to say that our Uncle Les was a real life cowboy. Dad spoke fondly of Uncle Les and Aunt Sophie often and told endless stories of growing up in Saskatchewan with his brothers.
May peace be with you all.

What a wonderful tribute to a life well-lived. Though I didn't know your dad GG, I'm guessing he's probably dancing up a storm as he takes in all the beauty. May God speed him on the rest of his journey.
Love and Prayers

Sincere sympathies to all of Les' family . I know dad (Turner McKechnie) always enjoyed his visits with Les and Sophia, and the two shared stories about neighbors and friends from the North Bend area.

Linda, Grant and family,
So very sorry for your loss. No matter the age it is so difficult to lose a father who has been such a special part of your lives. Treasure the memories you have and love one another.

Well Uncle Les, you had one long journey and now may you RIP. We will always remember the many stories we heard and I remember they often started with "By God You Know". He liked to have a good laugh, even if it was at his own jokes. It is always sad when our family passes on, so may you all keep your many memories close to your Heart and they will certainly help you through this tuff time. As well keep close to your Family and Friends. I also recall his Love for horses, may there be a pony or two in Heaven. God Bless you Gladys, Colleen, Alvin, Grant and your Families. We had such fun as children when often on Sunday, we would visit one or the others homes. Uncle Les was never a grumpy Uncle(in my eyes anyway).
