Carol & Family,
We were SO sorry to hear that Dan had passed away... we will always remember his quick smile and warm welcome. My most vivid memory is hearing his deep base voice singing in the choir... always enjoyed how it would fill the air and compliment the songs we sang together :)
We pray for you all as you go through this Christmas Season without him, but we know that it will be a time that Jesus will carry you all as you hold the memories of such a special man close to your hearts and take comfort in knowing that he is now in the presence of the one he Loved!
Love & Prayers

I will always remember Dan for his kindness and greeting everyone with a smile. He was a pleasant, kindhearted man and greeted you every time he made his rounds at night or walking into work first thing in the morning. Work isn't the same with out being greeted by his friendliness and smile. Hope you are now at peace Dan. Our thoughts are with your family at this time.

Hi there, I wanted to tell you about my time spent with Dan. It saddens me to hear of his passing and I can't even imagine what you are going through. I had little interaction with Dan, but it definitely left an impression. My wife works shift at the hospital, so sporadically I would walk into the hospital to deliver a coffee for her. Dan was usually the person I would see first. He was always a pleasure to chat with and hear about his life. But more so what was conveyed in each and every conversation that I've had over the years has been the kindness and care that he had. The greatest stories I got to enjoy from him made him light up the most and they were always about his family. As a young father myself, just know that he has encouraged me to strive to try to be as great and kind as he was. Please accept my family's condolences. Thank you.

I was saddened to hear the news of Dan's passing. I will remember many long chats we had in the early hours of our night shifts about geocaching (a mutual obession),travel and life in general. He helped me get into caching in a big way and talked me through several stumpers for me. We will remember many tricks he taught us. Thanks for the memories. Take care and know our prayers are with you.
