Heartfelt condolences to all of Carol's family. I'm am utterly shocked to hear of her passing. Although I only knew Carol for a short time, she definitely touched my heart & soul. She always had a smile and was easy to make laugh. I will miss her dearly.

I just heard the news today from another friend of ours. I'm in shock and all that's coming to me now are the memories Pearl and I started making together from the age of 12 onwards. I shared many firsts in the company Pearl and her family, of which I grew equally as close to. I loved her and her family very much and they became like my own in some very formative years.
I'm so absolutely sorry for your loss, I can't imagine what you are going through. I remember singing at Alfred's memorial and only wish I could be there to do the same for Pearl but I will be sending all the love and healing I have in me to those who are hurting right now and just know that despite the years and miles that came between us over time...she and you all will forever be in my heart.
