It brings back so many memories of all the stories Uncle Bob Connachie used to share with us of the friendship the two of them shared in their youth. He still cherishes that friendship. Dear Betty, Myles, Merv, Darrell and Pam, our thoughts and prayers are with you all. We are so saddened to hear of Gordon's passing, what a great man he was. We have the best memories of living next to your family, we couldn't have asked for better neighbors or friends. When we speak of you guys, the kids still refer to Gordon and Betty as grandma and grandpa Brown and loved them as family.
We were so lucky to move into our first family home, welcome three children to our family and have Gordon and Betty next to us. We shared so many great times together with you. Gordon's laugh was the best and we loved to listen to his stories, sit around drinking coffee with you and then being treated to Betty's baking.
When we out grew our home on 27th Street and moved Gordon came and helped me paint at our new home. He was an amazing man and we are so lucky to have been able to call him our friend and neighbor.

To my Aunt Betty and ALL of my cousins , I will miss Uncle Gordon but not as much as you will . His laughter would fill the room as I remember . We enjoyed many good times and share many terrific memories . God Bless , I know we will all see him in heaven to share a good laugh .
