To: Bonnie, Donna and Danny,
I only heard of your Dad's death a few days ago. I'm truly sorry for your loss and send my sincere condolences to all of you. I remember your Dad as a kind, caring, generous, honest, hard-working man. Your family's high-energy, fun-filled visits to our farm when we were kids will remain forever as a highlight in my childhood memories. I miss also your beautiful, loving Mom (Mavis). As she told stories about each of you, I could tell how precious her children were to her. May there be some comfort in knowing that your Dad is at peace, with inexpressible joy on land without weeds.
