GREEN ~ Gary Garfield Green passed away at the Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at the age of 67 years. Gary leaves to cherish his memory: his loving wife: Bonnie Green; three children: Kelsey (Scott) McEwen, Coleen Green and step-daughter, Cheryl (Eric) Bromley; three grandchildren: Amanda (Brett) Harasiuk, Jason (Victoria) Krysta and Joshua Bromley; and three great-grandchildren, Kyra, Savanna and Roycen; and brothers: Clifford Green of Anchorage, Alaska, John (Leonie) Green of Hillmond and numerous nieces and nephews. The celebration of life for Gary was conducted from the Wild Rose Pavilion, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Friday, October 16, 2015 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Doug Baynton officiating. The eulogy was given by Myron Basset. The soloists were, Ray Faltermeier and Walter Hall. The hymns were, “In The Garden” and “The Old Rugged Cross”. The honorary pallbearers were, Claire Green, Troy Green, Tod Green, Ann Leslie, Robert and Olive Deleeuw, Rod Armour, Larry Kerry, Art Sierpinski, Larry Elliott, Allen McEwen and Jack Graham. The active pallbearers were, Jason Krysta, Kimberly Green, Kelly Green, Lyle Paquette, Eric Bromley and Dean McGarry. The interment took place in the Lloydminster Cemetery. Donations in memory of Gary Green may be made to Charity of Choice. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster, Alberta administered the funeral arrangements. Card of Thanks The Green family would like to thank the following people and organizations for making the passing of Gary so memorable. Thank you to the hospital staff for their quick actions. Thanks to Doug Baynton for the perfect “Gary Green” service, very well done. To Raymond Faltermeier and Walter Hall, thank you for doing a fabulous job of singing and learning a new song, which is now one of their favorites, great job! Thank you to Myron Basset for a humorous and well delivered eulogy, I am sure Gary was laughing with you. To the Pallbearers who took such good care of Gary, this is a tough job for anyone, Jason you helped make a lot of hard decisions easy, thank you. Thank you to the Exhibition Board for the use of the Wild Rose Pavilion and for the wonderful lunch provided; a lot of work but as always, you come through. Thanks to all our friends, family and co-workers for the phone calls, flowers, food, visits, donations and for those who traveled long distances to be with us. It was amazing and so much appreciated. Also to the RBC Family for the group picture. Trust you guys to be there and to made the most of the day, what a support system. To Victoria Bernard, thank you for doing the most amazing and professional power point for Gary, the compliments are endless.
