BIOGRAPHY
MARLATT ~ Donald "Don" Herbert Marlatt passed away at the Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at the age of 88 years.
Don will be sadly missed by his children: Reg and Carol Marlatt, Barb and Richard Klinger, Paul and Carol Marlatt, Vickie and Cliff Torry, Daryl and Joanne Marlatt; son-in-law Gord Redden; fifteen grandchildren: Jason, Kristina and Yvonne, Garrett and Brittany, Niki and Jason, Bart and Laurie, Wade and Danica, Gayetan and Joel, Jory and Rita, Mason and Christy, Josh and Brittany, Jesse and Tara, Jeff and Robyn, Craig and Collette, Darin, and Sarah; thirteen great grandchildren: Angel, Allie, Kyle, Ashley, Jake, Abbie, Leni, Ellery, Isaac, Micah, Kale, Jaylee, and Gage; as well as numerous other relatives.
The Celebration of Life was conducted from the Lashburn Community Hall, Lashburn, Saskatchewan on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. with Carol Mohrbutter speaking.
Memories were shared by his children, grandchildren and other family and friends.
The power point was by the Grandchildren.
The music was "The Tennessee Waltz".
A private family interment was held in the Lashburn Cemetery.
McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster, Alberta administered the funeral arrangements.

The family would like to thank Carol Mohrbutter for officiating the celebration and for her time spent with us.
Our thanks to Ruth Hardy for her patience and friendship as she put our thoughts together for the eulogy.
Thanks to those of you who shared your special memories of Dad.
We thank Doreen & Murray Coolidge for the delicious lunch and supper following the celebration.
To Glenn and the rest of the staff at McCaw Funeral Service for their care and compassion with the arrangements.
Many thanks for the food that was brought to our homes, flowers, cards, donations, visits, caring words and hugs.
We are indeed blessed to be surrounded by such caring friends, neighbors and family.
