What can I say about the best grandma ever. I admired and looked up to her when I was small and now many years later those feelings are even stronger. I have so many wonderful childhood memories of times at the farm, picking berries, sitting on her lap and driving, going for drives to wherever, playing cards and more cards and helping in the kitchen and with the wash and just following her around. My favorite times were when we snuggled at bedtime and talked and talked and giggled. I know there were many times we had our eyes closed but we kept talking. It was so wonderful being beside her. I will miss not being able to kiss her on the cheek or her hand. I will miss holding her hand and telling her how much I love her. I treasure every day I had with grandma and she knew that because I thanked her all the time. I will love her always and forever. Grandma was one in a million.
